Working with clay is like playing in clean dirt: its fun. There is incredible variety in texture, color, shape and purpose. Its very satisfying to feel a shape emerge under our fingertips... Clay can have a mind of its own and we can discover something surprising. And the place where clay and glaze and kiln meet is always exciting: where learning and creative possibilities are endless.
